Kalofitz (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Kalofitz mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Minors

Kalofitz is intended for users 13 years of age and older.

• Children Under 13: We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
• Teen Users (13-17): We comply with the Google Play Families Policy. We ensure all content is appropriate for a general audience and provide tools to report any inappropriate User-Generated Content.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Our App allows users to post feedback and comments. To maintain a safe environment:

• Prohibited Content: Users are strictly prohibited from posting nudity, graphic violence, hate speech, or illegal content.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms or the safety of our community.
• Reporting/Blocking: Users can report inappropriate content or other users by emailing us or using in-app reporting tools. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.

4. Information We Collect

Account Information: We collect your email address and authentication credentials via Supabase. We also use unique identifiers to sync your fitness data across devices. Fitness & Nutrition Data: We collect workout logs, meal entries, and calorie/macro data. This data is for tracking purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Images: Food images may be processed via Google Gemini AI for nutritional analysis. Images are used for real-time analysis and are not permanently stored by Kalofitz. Financial Information: We use RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information; all payments are handled securely by the respective app store.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following trusted providers to operate the App:

• Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
• RevenueCat: For managing your subscription status and purchase history.
• Google Gemini AI: For image and text analysis to provide nutritional insights.
• Google Play Services: For processing payments and providing app updates.

6. Data Security & Retention

All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the in-app settings.

7. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We provide an in-app “Delete Account” button that removes all your information from our database and third-party sync services (Supabase/RevenueCat).
